These Terms of Use govern your use of the Konan Mods website, its catalog and content we make available through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and any license or instructions supplied with an individual download. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
1. About Konan Mods
Konan Mods is an independent creative studio producing fan-made additions for Tiny Glade. Our website presents packs, development updates, free demo information and links to external services. Konan Mods is not affiliated with or endorsed by the game’s creators. Tiny Glade and third-party names, trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site and use its public functions for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, harvest personal information, abuse forms or circumvent access restrictions. Do not use our name or content to impersonate the studio, mislead others or suggest an endorsement that does not exist.
Ordinary browsing does not require a public account. Administrative access is restricted to authorized people. If you discover a security problem or a misleading download link, contact us without exploiting it or accessing other people’s information.
3. Pack descriptions and development status
The catalog distinguishes complete packs from packs in development. A development listing is a preview of work in progress, not a promise of a release date, final feature list or delivery obligation. Details can change as a pack develops. A demo and its complete pack may have different availability.
Images may include illustrative branding, concept-inspired scenery or staged previews. Unless expressly identified as an included asset or gameplay capture, artwork is not a complete inventory or a guarantee of in-game appearance. Starter inventory examples are not necessarily the full manifest. Check the description and files supplied with the specific release.
4. Downloads and installation
A download is available only when a functioning destination has been supplied and enabled. A label on a preview card is not itself a download link. Download files only from the destinations we identify or other sources you independently trust.
Before installing a mod, read its instructions, check the stated requirements and back up important game data. Compatibility depends on the game, mod version, other installed software and your system. We do not promise compatibility with every game update, platform or other modification, and we do not promise indefinite updates or support unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise.
5. Creative work and licenses
Except where another owner or license is identified, original Konan Mods artwork, written content, branding and downloadable creative work remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Access to the website does not transfer ownership.
The license or permission supplied with an individual pack or demo governs how you may use, modify, share or publish that download. These website terms do not invent a pack license or override a license already supplied with the files. If a license is missing or unclear, ask us before redistributing files, reselling content, extracting artwork for another product or using studio branding commercially.
You may share ordinary links to our public pages and discuss the packs with accurate attribution. Do not present our work as your own or use screenshots, trademarks or other material in a way that infringes the rights of Konan Mods or third parties. Nothing in these terms removes exceptions or permissions provided by applicable law.
6. Patreon, payments and external offers
This website does not operate a cart, checkout or payment processor. Links to Patreon open an external platform. Any contribution, membership, purchase, billing arrangement, cancellation or refund is governed by the actual offer and terms shown there, together with applicable consumer law.
A link to the studio’s Patreon profile is not a promise that a particular tier contains every pack. Review the current offer, access requirements, price and billing terms on the destination before paying. We do not invent prices or verify your Patreon membership through this public website. 7. Third-party links and services
Social links, external downloads and any embedded videos are provided for convenience. Their operators control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee continued availability or endorse every statement on the linked service. Check the destination before creating an account, paying or providing personal information.
8. Newsletter and contact
Newsletter signup is optional and available only when the site opens registration. You must provide an email address you control and give the requested consent. Confirmation is required. You can unsubscribe through the email link or contact the studio. Joining the newsletter does not create a paid membership or guarantee early access, a release schedule or a particular number of messages.
When contacting us, provide accurate information and avoid sending material you have no right to share. You retain your rights in material you send. Sending feedback does not create a confidentiality agreement, employment relationship or entitlement to payment unless separately agreed. We may use the details needed to understand and respond to your request as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability, accuracy and changes
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but information can contain mistakes or become outdated. We may correct descriptions, update files, change features or temporarily suspend a page for maintenance, security or other reasonable operational needs. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all errors will be corrected immediately.
Changes to a preview or to these website terms do not remove rights that already apply to a completed transaction or a license you received. Any separate promise made in a specific offer remains subject to its actual terms and applicable law.
10. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and free informational content are provided on an as-available basis without a promise of fitness for every purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether a download is suitable for your setup and following installation and backup instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any other protected liability, or takes away mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or other rights that apply to you. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of responsibility or an invented financial liability cap. Responsibility for a particular problem is determined by the applicable law and any relevant agreement.

We may take reasonable steps to restrict harmful or unlawful use, protect the site or comply with legal requirements. Where appropriate, this can include limiting abusive requests or removing access to affected functions. Restrictions do not remove rights you may have under applicable law or a separate valid license.

These terms do not require you to waive a right to contact a regulator, use a consumer remedy or bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. No exclusive court, mandatory arbitration scheme or governing country is imposed by this page.
We may revise these terms as the website changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept the conditions applicable to a feature, please stop using that feature and contact us if you need clarification.
